This creative professional will help us put the best face of Baltimore forward! True to our mission, this Live Baltimore team member must be a City resident. The Website and Graphics Coordinator will manage the maintenance and growth of our award-winning website (www.LiveBaltimore.com), maintain the organization's branding and identity through creative graphics and design work, assist as a customer front-line communications contact, assist with our many public events, and manage various special projects.
This is a fast-paced environment where you must have strong problem-solving skills along with professional written and verbal communication skills. Must be motivated and self-managed. Bachelor's degree required. At least 2 years experience in web/graphic design, marketing, advertising and/or related field desired.
Job Details Include:
* Creative Design: create and adapt marketing materials for Live Baltimore events and outreach,including print/website/email/social media variables for advertisements, flyers, postcards, event signs, etc.=20
* Website Maintenance and Page Design: work with existing content management system to build new organizational web pages, update existing pages and develop new page content and graphics; create online event registration and organizational sign-up/enrollment forms; maintain online retail store listings and PayPal connectivity.
* Weekly E-newsletter: write Live Baltimore's weekly html e-newsletter sent to more than=20
12,000 current and potential city residents, track open/click-through rates and develop techniques to increase meaningful readership.=20
* Statistics & Tracking: compile and analyze statistics for website, e-newsletter and social media tracking.
* Customer Relations: liaison for customer/business partner inquiries via email and phone regarding enews, website and Baltimore city living information.
* Event Assistance: work with Live Baltimore team to plan, coordinate and execute all LiveBaltimore=20
events and external events.=20
* General Administrative: provide assistance with administrative tasks=
related to graphics, editing photos, creating PDFs, large plotter prin=
ting, etc.=20
Must Possess:
* Positive, people-oriented, team-driven attitude

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Self-management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
* Visual and written creative ability
* Sharp attention to detail
* Initiative to work independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience with HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and InDesign
* Punctual and consistent attendance with flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
Compensation Package:
* Full time annual salary commensurate with experience
