First I Wanna Thank My Momma....

So, the great news that I wanted to keep secret (but obviously couldn't) is that I and
a few other artists from Maryland are winners of the Maryland Arts Council 2010
Individual Artist Award.

Here's the Press Release from Governor Martin O'Malley:
 http://www.msac.org/docs_uploaded/IAA_MR.pdf

Join me Monday night with my fellow BloomBars residents and favorite poets at
"U Street Comes to Blues Alley: Carolyn Malachi & Friends", my next stop on this
road to the 2K10 Grammys.

Seed that!
